Eriez HydroFloat® Separator creates coarse particle mineral concentration, delivering the capacity of a density separator while maintaining the selectivity of a flotation device. The aeration system disperses fine bubbles into a fluidized-bed environment significantly increasing the selective recovery of coarse particles by applying flotation fundamentals to gravity separation. This Coarse Particle Separation can be applied to cooper, gold, iron ore, polymetallic ores, PGM, potash, phosphate, lithium as well as coal.
